Our origin story
What happens when you unite 4 former colleagues from Ghent with more than 10 years of experience in customer care, a real passion for technology, and an itch to help the event sector work smarter?
That’s how we – Anthony, Jared, Jeroen and Thibaut – got started. We initially worked together in a SaaS environment focused on digital customer service. First-rate experiences for clients have always been our baseline.

The same goes for events. Jeroen (who used to be a DJ) and Thibaut (who organized countless events with his youth movement) have first-hand experience. We were itching to shake up the sector with AI technology.
To scratch that itch, we experimented with LLMs (large language models) to develop venue management software: we built an AI-powered platform for a digital sidekick that takes over repetitive tasks, strengthens customer support, and frees event teams to focus on their guests.
